TinyJoy Terms of Use

Effective date: August 13, 2026

By downloading or using TinyJoy, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard agreement, Apple's agreement controls.

Grown-up permission

TinyJoy is made for use by children with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A grown-up is responsible for choosing appropriate tasks, rewards, limits, and device settings.

TinyJoy supports routines and motivation but is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional advice.

TinyJoy Plus

TinyJoy Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offered through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, trial availability, and renewal terms shown by the App Store at the time of purchase apply.

Payment is charged to the Apple Account used for purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Features and pricing may change in the future, subject to App Store rules and notice requirements.

Acceptable use

You may use TinyJoy for personal and family purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or interfere with the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Availability

We work to keep TinyJoy reliable, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for keeping your device, Apple Account, and Grown-up PIN secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyJoy is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
